Lyocell is a natural fiber made from wood pulp from sustainable agriculture forests. It is a biodegradable material created in an unharmful natural cycle which works with cellulose from supervised and respectfully managed forests. The plantation of trees for Lyocell production does not require irrigation or pesticides.
Our wool is mulesing-free from carefully, pain-free shaven animals bred and fed in their natural environment, respecting their natural habitat and life patterns.
Recycled wool is composed of a mix of post-consumer materials, such as discarded garments (existing fabrics), and pre-consumer materials, such as production offcuts, giving a second life to existing fibers and reusing waste from unused garments. It diverts waste from landfills and supports the transition to a circular economy. The recycling process results in shorter fibers, which often need to be combined with virgin fibers to maintain a high-quality soft product.
Some designs require polyamide in their composition, so we apply and reuse polyester from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The manufacturing of pieces from recycled polyester is an effective method to reduce the significant environmental footprint of plastic while providing beneficial and effective fabrics.
